Memberships in the APA

Membership in the Corporation may be granted to all persons residing south of Cornish
Avenue who are homeowners' or tenants and who are not in breach of any City of
Winnipeg or Province of Manitoba zoning or land use regulations.

This includes the following streets: West Gate, Middle Gate, East Gate, Blanchard Avenue, Cornish Avenue (south side).

A membership fee currently costs $35.00 per person. Generally, one person per household becomes a member but more than one may be required as only paid up members can vote at General Meetings of the Association.

All APA Board members are required to be paid up members of the corporation.
